COTESSCENTS ACCEPTS ORDERS 24/7 AND WE SHIP ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to ship due to the increase volume of orders. All orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail from Louisiana. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can not ship Priority Mail.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We usually process within 10 business days from the time the order was placed, excluding the weekends. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. Also, a common misconception is choosing USPS Priority Mail means your package will ship in two days. Please note: USPS transit times are not a reflection of our processing time.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Enjoy free shipping on all orders $75 and up. USPS rates based on your shipping address and weight of your order. Depending on the weight of your order, your package will be sent via First Class Package or Priority Mail.

For International orders, your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

Please expect large order to ship via UPS Ground.
